Store in dry and cool environment at 0–30℃. Recharge to 50% SOC every 2–3 months. Do not store fully charged or fully drained batteries for long to prevent irreversible cell degradation.

Avoid storage under deep power loss, water immersion, heavy extrusion or puncture, charging under high temperature sunlight and battery disassembly. Keep around 50% SOC for long-term idle storage.

Lifetime paid maintenance service is available. Damaged cells, BMS or housing can be replaced separately to cut maintenance cost greatly. Repair will start after quotation confirmation.

First check the charger and wiring connectors. If external issues are ruled out, contact customer service with battery serial number for remote technical diagnosis. Non-artificial faulty products can be sent back for inspection, repair or parts replacement.

Standard batteries enjoy 2–3 years warranty, while commercial three-wheel cargo batteries have 18 months warranty. The warranty covers non-artificial damage of cells and BMS. Damage caused by collision, water immersion, overcharge or overdischarge is excluded.

Bank transfer, Alipay and WeChat Pay are accepted. Reasonable credit terms can be negotiated for long-term stable vehicle factories and big clients. Full payment or 30% deposit is required for new clients first order before production.

Standard samples will be delivered in 1–3 days; non-standard customized samples take 3–7 days. In-stock mass goods ship within 3 days, while new mold customization takes 15–30 days.

Please provide your motor power, original battery voltage and internal size of battery compartment. Our technical team will offer free optimal capacity and size solution to avoid installation failure or insufficient power.

Custom plastic/metal housings and various connectors (IEC, Anderson, XT60 etc.) are available. Bluetooth APP, 485 communication and power display can be installed for smart vehicles and shared e-bikes.

Mix use is not recommended. Lead-acid chargers have mismatched cut-off voltage and charging curve, which will damage BMS, shorten battery life and bring potential safety risks. Special lithium battery chargers are recommended.

Full non-standard customization is supported. Samples of 1–5 sets are acceptable. No strict MOQ for mass orders, welcome distributors, vehicle manufacturers and overseas clients of all scales.
